Availability approximately one (1) to ( 2) weeks. Rent is approx. $ 850 per month and includes all utilities, gas heat, electric, air conditioning and water. The exact rent will be negotiated depending on type of use, parking and etc. Heating and air conditioning system is preset and locked. Parking included on rear and front lot (exact number of parking spots TBD). This will affect the rent if there are many vehicles involved and or there is a lot of customer parking involved.

Equipped with fire alarm system, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting Offices are pre-wired for telephone and computers. Will assist tenant with wiring phones and computer network for an additional charge. High Speed Internet is available in the offices for an additional charge that can be included with the monthly rent. As we are an Internet Service Provider we would prefer to be the provider. Building maintenance and snow removal is included

Has two (2) separate offices with a central area that will easily accommodate a receptionist office with plenty of room for office equipment. Unisex bathroom located off of reception area. Tenant will need to sign a minimum one (1) year lease with the first month’s rent and a $ 850 security deposit which totals $ 1,700. Discounts on the rental amount can be arranged for payment of 6 months or 1 year in advance.

Can be shown to any prospective tenant at any time during normal business hours 730 – 400 PM weekdays. While we prefer an appointment we can probably handle inspections without appointment if Jeff,Gary or Kathy is available. Interested parties can be shown the unit at any reasonable time and final negotiations and questions will be handled by Jeff Hutter.
